Lindsay did an amazing job, with only 24 hours lead time, creating the most beautiful bouquet that was placed on my nephew’s casket. It was a custom order with specific floral colors, and she nailed it. Her attention to every detail as well as being so companionate and sensitive for my feelings were greatly appreciated.

I ordered a puppy arrangement for my, soon to be, 9 year old granddaughter"s birthday. I asked if they could use her school colors, yellow and blue, to surround the puppy. It's adorable! Thank you, Lindsey

I am completely impressed with this flower shop! I ordered via the website - they sent me a picture of the finished bouquet and communicated through the various stages of delivery! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The entire experience exceeding my expectations and I will order from them in the future!!!!

BEST FLOWER SHOP IN THE HEIGHTS!! 🌸 I came in needing a quick flower arrangement for a friend’s birthday and it turned out AMAZING!! 🩷 I didn’t know what type of flowers I wanted so I gave them two colors my friend really likes and Lindsey did such an amazing job putting this cute birthday arrangement together so quickly. Added bonus: the vase is actually a mug so it’s reusable for more than just holding flowers! I had a very hard time not taking a couple houseplants home with me as well.. Thanks Lindsey! I’ll definitely be back for more 😊

I use Floratory often and have always had a great experience. Their service is dependable and consistent, and the website offers so many great options to choose from. The reward points are a nice bonus—thumbs up! As an employer ordering flowers for employees, I also really appreciate their wide delivery coverage.

Incredible place. The owner of the Floratory is a wonderful human. I flew to Illinois from out of town for a funeral, and in my rush, was left with a very wrinkled dress shirt. Not only did the owner make an incredibly beautiful bouquet of flowers, she also was extremely kind and steamed my shirt!! I’ve come to this shop twice now in the last year, they deserve all the stars! Thank you Floratory! You are an incredible place, a great reminder of all the kindness in the world.

I asked for a special alternative style bouquet- totally last minute, and these girls nailed it. I felt so welcomed when I walked in, their personalities are so vibrant, and the shop is so cute! 10/10 will be back again.

This was my first time buying flowers from a florist, and I’m so grateful for such a great experience. It was my mom’s 50th birthday, and since she hates roses, I was nervous about picking the right flowers. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, showed me photos, and really listened to what I liked. When I picked them up a few days later, the flowers were extremely fresh and even better than I imagined. I truly appreciate the care they put into everything and would absolutely recommend this shop. Can’t wait to come back!😇

I just wanted to say thank you to whoever I spoke on the phone with and whoever made this same day delivery bouquet for my friend! The flowers were STUNNING!! I have had a bad experience ordering flowers online in the past so I called prior to placing my order and the woman on the phone was so kind and helpful. 10/10 experience and thank you for helping me celebrate one of my besties! 🤍

This is the single best bouquet I have ever received. The flowers are all so vibrant and beautiful. I love the selection of all the accents too. My husband sent these to me at work, and I've been showing everyone. They are so beautiful. Props to Lindsey who put this together according to the little tag on the flowers.
